What if the stories you carry are shaping more than you realize?

In this conversation, Kristan Swan joins hosts Shannon and Ann to explore how the narratives we live by influence our choices, our relationships, and our sense of self. Drawing from her own journey—from business coaching into spiritual guidance—Kristan reflects on the patterns that keep people stuck, and the quiet work of becoming more honest about what’s true.

Together, they move through the weight of inherited stories, the role of shame in keeping us disconnected, and the possibility of seeing our past with new eyes. Kristan offers a simple but steady reminder: every moment is a chance to turn the page. Through curiosity, reflection, and a willingness to sit with what is, we begin to shift from living out old narratives to writing something more aligned with who we are becoming.
