Heart Mapping is a contemplative, experiential journal designed to help you explore your inner landscape with honesty, curiosity, and care.

Rather than telling you what to think or feel, Heart Mapping invites you into a process of noticing, reflecting, and connecting—using simple prompts, visual mapping exercises, and open journaling space. The practice encourages you to trace emotions, memories, questions, and insights as they arise, allowing meaning to unfold organically over time.

Heart Mapping grew out of Kristan’s background in Fine Art and Geography, in addition to years of facilitated workshops and group conversations, where storytelling, reflection, and deep listening created powerful moments of recognition and transformation. It is structured enough to guide you, yet open enough to meet you exactly where you are.

Heart Mapping can be used:
