Cesar Cardona, was born in Florida, shaped by a tough and divided childhood marked by cultural and political extremes, slept in his car, built his life from the ground up, with nothing but determination, and is now a public speaker and Growth Mindfulness educator who helps organizations, educators, and youth leaders build resilience, emotional intelligence, and clarity under pressure.
