 What We’ll Explore Together

Over four weeks, we’ll move through the circles of relationship that shape our lives:

Week 1: Self – The foundation of your truth
Week 2: Family – The roots that nourish and bind
Week 3: Friends – The chosen family of your heart
Week 4: Other – Your gift to the world

The Format

Each 90-minute session will include:

  • Refreshments and informal connection time
  • Facilitated conversations connecting the week’s themes with self-discovery
  • Community building through deep listening and witness
  • Creative exercises to explore at your own pace between sessions

This isn’t therapy, though it may be therapeutic. It’s not a masterclass, though we’ll certainly learn from each other. It’s a circle—a space where your voice matters, your story has value, and your creative journey deserves both celebration and gentle examination.

What others have said about the experience

“Circle of Connection allows for a unique opportunity to reflect on oneself without feeling exhausted by reflection and self discovery. I think it can be overwhelming and intimidating to go on a ‘self discovery’ journey, but the structure and prompts from this course provide the perfect balance of learning more while connecting with others on a similar journey” N.D.

Slow down.

Distinguishing between important and urgent has been one of my on-going discussions with myself. I am susceptible to acting like there is not enough time to accomplish all that is on my list. In reality, when I slow down, time slows down. I needed a reminder and I got not just one, several.
