It Wasn’t Your Story to Begin With – Healing Inherited Beliefs

Have you ever stopped to consider that some of the beliefs you carry most deeply about love, safety, money, relationships, and your own worth were never actually yours to begin with?
What I love most about this conversation is the reminder that healing does not require us to reject where we came from. It asks us to get curious about it. To hold it with compassion. To take what was valuable and release what no longer serves us and to keep walking toward the wholeness that has always been ours.
